WHY LOCKE LORD

With offices in London and Brussels, we have extensive experience handling matters throughout Europe. Our London office is the gateway for international work across the rest of Europe, and our Brussels office was established to meet client needs on a variety of EU and U.S. legal matters. As an integral part of our global platform, our lawyers in Europe collaborate daily with the network of colleagues across all of our offices. Our proactive, barrier-free collaboration offers the best resources to provide the highest level of service possible to clients across Europe and beyond.

In jurisdictions where we do not practice local law, we have close working relationships with leading external counsel. Our areas of focus include:

Asset Finance, Consumer Finance and Leasing

Our asset finance, consumer finance and leasing practice advises many financial services companies on contentious and non-contentious issues. We advise on gaining authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority and ensuring ongoing compliance with all requirements of the regulatory regime.
